All treatment modalities including appropriate therapy, prescriptions medications, Hyaluronic acid cartilage injections and when indicated drainage and cortisone injections are provided under ultrasound guidance for better accuracy of completing the procedure and much less pain for the patient.

We treat fibromyalgia when it is secondary to a rheumatic condition. All patients with fibromyalgia are accepted for initial evaluation of any underlying rheumatic condition such as connective tissue disease, Lyme disease, or systemic lupus. If a patient is diagnosed with Primary fibromyalgia without any other underlying condition, we then give recommendations and start them on treatment until they are able to establish care with pain-management.
